Finochio Tax & Advisory, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. As a paid tax return preparer, we are required by federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the FTC Safeguards Rule, and Internal Revenue Code §7216, to protect your personal and financial information. This policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.

- Basic, non-identifying website analytics (such as pages visited).
How we use it
We use your information only to provide the services you request: preparing and filing returns, tax planning, and representing you before tax authorities. We do not sell your information, and we do not use or disclose your tax return information for any other purpose without your written consent, as required by IRC §7216.
How we protect it
- Documents are exchanged through an encrypted client portal, not plain email.
